Backstage Music offers guitar lessons on a monthly basis. Lessons are once each week, a half hour each lesson. We have several teachers on staff, so more than one lesson can go on during each time slot. We offer guitar and bass lessons in a variety of musical styles and techniques with the exception of classical guitar. Our lessons are offered for every skill level from beginner to advanced and we tailor our respective curricula to fit our students. In other words, no "one size fits all" teaching from a book you could have read on your own!

Drew, Justin, and Todd hold teaching sessions Monday-Friday afternoons, 3:00 to 6:00.  If you have a time conflict, contact Drew and he'll see what can be worked out to accommodate you. Use the "Contact Info" link on the Guitar Lesson menu to send him an email.

All lessons are are taught in the recently constructed Teaching Suite, located in the southern half of the Backstage Music building.  Entrance to the teaching Suite is through a dedicated entrance (clearly marked "Lessons") on the western side of the building.  There's plenty of parking, as well as a waiting area with comfortable seating for parents who'd like to wait in the building while the lessons are being taught.

Lesson payments are due the first week of each month, and can either be paid directly to your teacher (cash or check), or paid at the front counter with your credit card.   You can also make your payment online using our "Lesson Payment" menu option of the left side of this page.

Whatever you need in way of guitar and bass instruction, we can probably accommodate you.  We have the skills, the schedule, and the facilities necerssary to make your lessons as enjoyable and as comfortable as they can be.
